Shipping Policy:

1.We ship worldwide from Taiwan. All the shipping is via register post as Chunghwa Post or SF express to ensure all packages are shipped safely. You will be sent your parcel tracking number via email once shipment is made and you can track it online. 63penhouse cannot take responsibility for loss or damage by local postal services. 


2. For international customers some countries may charge customs and duties for your parcel.  63penhouse cannot take  responsible for delays due to customs nor any customs and import taxes that may apply.We also not be responsible for unclaimed parcel due to unpaid custom taxes.


3.Package to Hong Kong, Macau and  is delivered by SF Express and the shipping fee paid by you as you receive the package.港、澳以順豐速運寄出 , 運費採貨到付款 , 您於收件時 , 直接支付給送貨人員。


4.Package to overseas other than Hong Kong and Macau is delivered by Post office and fixed shipping fee depends on your location.It is flat rate for each area for delivery up to 1.5 kg. 港、澳以外地區以郵局寄送 , 依各國所在地之不同 , 收取不同之固定運費 , 每筆運費固定以重量 1.5 kg 的包裹計費收取,多不退、少不補。

 **Shipping fee to Brazil will be calculated based on the actual weight after the order is completed.The package will be shipped via DHL.


5.If you cannot choose your country as you place an order, please contact us via Facebook messenger. 若在結帳時沒有出現您的國家選項 , 導致無法下單時 , 請以 FB message 聯繫我們。

國際訂購注意事項 / Notice

1.Please confirm your shipping information before you place an order. If there is a delivery failure due to wrong shipping information, you will have to pay for shipping fee again before we resend your package.請填寫正確且完整之收件人姓名、電話、郵遞區號及地址 , 以避免包裹因收件資訊不正確而被退回。若因您未填寫正確之收件資訊 , 導致發生額外的運送費用時 , 該運送費用需由您全額支付完成 ,才會再次為您寄出商品。

2. If you have received worn, damaged items, please take a photo and contact us via Facebook messenger. For defective goods, we directly refund the amount of the goods to your PayPal account, and no longer send a new one.收貨後,若您發現瑕疵或寄錯商品,請拍照並與客服聯繫 。對於瑕疵商品,我們將直接退款該商品金額至您的PayPal帳,不再另行補寄新品

3.Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you failed to claim your parcel or refused any shipments, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.運費是不可退還的。 如果您未能領取您的包裹或拒絕任何貨件,您將承擔原始運費以及將包裹退回給我們的費用。
